Hello, Katie! Welcome aboard the planDisney panel. I'm glad you cruised to us with your question before you set sail on the Disney Dream.
Bust out the confetti because it's just about time for your voyage to begin! I can't wait for you to be welcomed on the ship by Mickey and Minnie. There's nothing quite like those first few moments of anticipation and excitement as the adventure unfolds. Let's get to the details of your
ground transportation so that you can be whisked off to paradise.
If you will be arriving at the Miami International Airport on the day that your cruise embarks, you will claim your luggage in the baggage claim area and will meet an Embarkation representative outside of the baggage claim to be directed to your vehicle. Look for the Embarkation representative across from Carousel #25 in Terminal D or across from Carousel #3 in Terminal J after you have claimed your luggage.
If you will be flying in prior to your embarkation day and have purchased a ground transfer from the airport to the port, you can plan to meet across from Carousel #25 in Terminal D or across from Carousel #3 in Terminal J by 11:00 a.m.
I hope that clears up your question, Katie! You'll be picked up and on your way to the
Port of Miami in no time. I hope your bags are packed, your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app is downloaded to your smartphone, and you are all smiles as your DREAM vacation begins.
If you would like to say "See you real soon!" to Mickey and the gang, be sure to book a placeholder deposit using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app during your sailing. This placeholder can be turned into a future cruise reservation within the next 24 months and you can enjoy savings on select sailings! If your plans change, no worries, because the placeholder deposit is fully refundable. And having a future cruise to look forward to always helps on that final morning of the cruise when it is time to debark the ship.
Have an incredible vacation and thanks for visiting us at planDisney.
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
