Hi, I purchased the gold annual pass. I was told it expires at the end of the month - but I see the expiration date as January 8th ( when it was activated). Please help clarify

Hi, Ann Marie! Thanks for stopping by to see us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We always love to see our friends come back to talk Disney!

I'm also the proud owner of a Gold Annual Pass, and I absolutely love it! We upgraded my pass to Gold mostly so we could take advantage of the free Disney PhotoPass photo downloads. My family lives close enough to take day trips to the Walt Disney World Resort, so we have lots and lots and lots of photos! It's so much fun scrolling through all those memories. Add in benefits like dining and merchandise discounts, special offers and events, and fewer blockout dates, and I definitely enjoy that Gold Passholder life!

Your Annual Pass normally expires 365 days from the date it was first used. There's some helpful information on the Walt Disney World website that walks you through locating expiration date of your Annual Pass in your My Disney Experience account. The date showing on your account should be the correct one, but you can always call Guest Relations to be certain.

Ann Marie, it sounds like you still have lots of Disney days to enjoy with your Annual Pass! I hope you'll come visit us again if you have any more questions.

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
