Ha! I just did the same thing the other day when I booked a room reservation. Just too many things going on at once to keep track of everything! (A quick phone call got me straightened out!)
I am starting off guessing you ordered directly from
www.disneyworld.com. (If NOT, then contact the company directly that you ordered from.) If you did order from Disney, check your email. You might have a confirmation waiting for you (check your junk mail, sometimes things get dumped in funny places!) If you don't have an email confirmation, call a Disney reservationist at (407)W-DISNEY. They can look up transactions you made. Have as much information as possible: billing name/address, credit card used, and date purchased.
How you get your tickets will depend on the method your chose: home delivery, Will Call, or added to your room reservation. If you do not remember what method you chose, make sure to ask when you make your phone call.
