online chat service. It could be that you're seeing the message you mention because the system is expecting the gift recipient to be the Guest making the theme park reservation through their own
My Disney Experience account. One helpful tip I received from the Internet Help Desk team that I will pass along is that the person visiting the theme park should be making the theme park reservation through their My Disney Experience account. The friendly team at the Internet Help Desk can help you if your question and situation is a bit different than what I'm thinking.
