Hiya, Cheryl!
You are definitely on the right track! Yes, as long as all of your party’s
theme park tickets are linked to your account, you may use the
Disneyland mobile app on your one device to manage all of your
Disney Genie+ service activities from one convenient place.
Here are some things you can do:
- Present the theme park tickets for everyone from your device. Visit the “Tickets and Passes” screen and just swipe side to side to display each ticket.
- Link Disney PhotoPass photos. Tap the plus button on the bottom of the app screen. Then tap “Link PhotoPass Photos.” For attraction photos, type in the code you see displayed at the attraction exit under the “Link Attraction Photo” section. For photographers, tap the “Show PhotoPass Code” for them to scan.
- Manage “My Genie Day.” Disney Genie service is complimentary with all theme park tickets. Tap the “Get Started Now” button to tell Genie your preferences and then your wish will be granted as Genie shows an optimized plan for your day that is updated throughout your visit.
- Book Lightning Lane reservations. You can make use of your access to Genie+ for attractions included with that service. And you can also purchase individual Lightning Lane reservations for the handful of attractions not included with Genie+. With all of the tickets linked to your account, you can book reservations for your whole party all at once! Visit the Genie “Tip Board” for suggestions. Or find specific attractions in the app’s map view.
- Listen to Audio Tales. Genie+ unlocks these short recordings about the history and storytelling of the Disneyland Resort.
Of course, other members of your party may also link some or all of the tickets in the Disneyland app on their mobile devices as well. For example, you can take turns managing Lightning Lane. Or you may even split up into smaller groups to enjoy different attractions. For example, one group can enjoy the high-flying
Soarin' Over California while another group uses the Lightning Lane to
Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!I hope you have a magical time, Cheryl!
