contacted a Cast Member at My Disney Experience who told me that once you have purchased the Disney+ Genie service, it should show up under your
Tickets and Passes area. To check, please open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile app, tap on the three horizontal lines, and select Tickets and Passes. If you’re not seeing the
Disney Genie+ service showing up there, I recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member at the Internet Help Desk so they can look into your account and help you further. You can reach them at (407) 939-7765. Cast Members are available from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM, Eastern Time, seven days a week.
