    I purchased Genie plus for my upcoming trip. when will I see it on my iphone or My Disney Experience

    I hope you’re all packed and ready for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I am so excited for you to see the decorations for The Most Magical Celebration on Earth! The Cinderella Castle is gleaming with a beautiful pendant for the 50th Anniversary, and your favorite pals are dressed to the nines in EARidescent gEAR!

    Diane, I contacted a Cast Member at My Disney Experience who told me that once you have purchased the Disney+ Genie service, it should show up under your Tickets and Passes area. To check, please open up your My Disney Experience Mobile app, tap on the three horizontal lines, and select Tickets and Passes. If you’re not seeing the Disney Genie+ service showing up there, I recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member at the Internet Help Desk so they can look into your account and help you further. You can reach them at (407) 939-7765. Cast Members are available from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM, Eastern Time, seven days a week.
