    I purchased Genie plus for my family and because of car trouble had to change my visit to the park. Can I request a refund?

Your family will want to experience the thrill of the all-new TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise® at Magic Kingdom Park. This ride is available via the virtual queue or by an Individual Lightning Lane purchase.

    I had a chat with a Cast Member about your situation. She informed me while Disney Genie+ Service is typically non-refundable they are willing to review each situation on a case-by-case basis. It was suggested you utilize the chat feature through the My Disney Experience Mobile App to connect with the team. To find this feature, open the app, click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner, and select the "Chat" tab. Alternatively, you could call the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ Help Center.
