Let's try a few things to get your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. If you find nothing is working and you need more pixie dust,
give a call to Website Support at 407-939-4357.
So here is what I would do. From your computer or laptop start by going to the
Link Reservations and Purchases page. Select "Tickets." Now, up in the left corner there will be highlighted words "Link them to your account" (under Theme Park Tickets and Passes). That will take you to another page that will ask for your Last Name and Confirmation Number. Hopefully this will get you all linked up!
If trying from the phone app, choose "Tickets and Passes" then click the "+" sign then click "Room with Tickets" and enter confirmation number there. Not sure this will work but it sounds like with what was sent to you, this is where it might link.
Before trying to link, make sure you are logged in to your
My Disney Experience account and each member of your travel party is included so once you get rolling you can link a ticket for each guest.
