I purchased four tickets for last Sunday but one of the members of our party was exposed to Covid so he could not come. How do I get a refund for his ticket?

Hey there, hi there Catharina! Thanks for stopping by planDisney where you're always welcome as can be.

I'm so sorry to hear that your friend was unable to join the rest of the Mouseketeers for a day of Disneyland Resort fun. All of us in the Disney family appreciate his decision to stay home and keep fellow Guests and Cast Members safe. Under normal circumstances, Disneyland theme park tickets are non-refundable; however, given the situation, it would be worth visiting Guest Relations if you live locally or calling ticket support at (714) 781-4636 to see if there's anything that can be done.

If you are unable to get a refund, keep in mind that Disneyland tickets never lose value, and you can always apply the amount paid for your friend's ticket to the purchase of future theme park admission. With more experiences and restaurants coming back online all the time, there's so much to zip-a-dee-do in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, so you might want to visit again this fall or winter. There's nothing quite as merry as walking down Main Street U.S.A. during the holiday season! Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for updates to this year's celebration.

I hope everything works out for you, Catharina, and that your friend stays healthy. Thanks so much for coming to see us at planDisney, and when you're dreaming of your next visit to the Disneyland Resort, don't hesitate to reach out again. We're all ears!
