    I purchased four Magicbands+ on July 30th for our visit beginning September 11th. The orders are still "in progress". How can I get an update on their shipment? My wife is getting nervous now that we are under 4 weeks until we arrive. Thanks!

    Less than a month away until you arrive at the Most Magical Place on Earth! I'm excited you have decided to purchase the newly released MagicBands+ for your trip! They are truly magical in every sense of the word. They allow you to join the story on an entirely new level. They will come alive during the nighttime spectaculars, light up when you find the Disney Fab 50 Collection golden statues around the parks, and unlock enchanting interactions throughout Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Not to mention that they also still provide the same benefits that the original MagicBands performed as well, such as using them for entry into the parks and paying for merchandise at select locations.

    Kevin, I understand the concern that you have about not receiving your MagicBand+ order to date. I can confirm that shipping has taken longer in recent weeks than it has in the past. I was able to speak to a Cast Member at Walt Disney World Merchandise Guest Services who provided me with contact information that may help you get a better timeframe on when to expect your MagicBands+ to arrive. I would call WDW Merchandise at (877) 560-6477 or send an email to Merchandise.Guest.Services@disneyparks.com. They should be able to provide you with additional information about your order.

    Since your visit is still over three weeks away, I have a great feeling that you will receive your order in plenty of time for your stay. If for some reason they do not show up in time, you should be able to request a refund. Once you arrive, there is an abundance of merchandise locations to purchase new Magicband+ from. The gift shops at your Disney Resorts Hotel will carry them along with many different locations inside the parks. World of Disney at Disney Springs will most likely have the largest selection on property. Once you purchase a band, you can link them to your My Disney Experience account to use it for the duration of your trip.
