I have a couple of recommendations for you so you can find out the information you need to know. Have you linked your
theme park tickets to your
My Disney Experience account? If so, you can easily visit your
My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the menu bar. From there, select "Tickets and Passes." If your tickets have been linked, they will be listed and will show the Guest to whom the ticket is linked, the type of ticket, days remaining and the expiration date.
If you still have questions after reviewing your My Disney Experience account, I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member in Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 or contact the travel provider from whom you made your initial ticket purchase.
