    I purchased a four day park hopper and for some reason when I go to make reservations it says tickets are invalid. Please help me make reservations.

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!

    I’d be happy to help you with your Disney Park Pass reservations! First, let’s make sure that each of your Theme Park tickets are linked in your My Disney Experience mobile app. To do this, from the home screen, press the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next, select “Tickets and Passes” and if you see your four day Park Hopper ticket here, you can move on to the next step below. If you don’t see your ticket here, you’ll need to select “Link Tickets & Passes”. Under the “Ticket or Pass” banner, you can add your confirmation number from the email you received when you purchased your tickets. Once added, your tickets will be fully linked to your account! You’ll also want to confirm that each ticket is assigned to someone on your “Family & Friends List”, if applicable. You’ll see their name on the ticket as you scroll through this section.

    The next step is making your Disney Park Pass reservations. From the home screen in the My Disney Experience mobile app, select the “+” symbol in the bar at the bottom (two buttons to the right of the “home” button). Next, select “Make a Park Reservation” then select “Theme Park Tickets” this will take you to the Theme Park Reservation page where you can select your Disney Park Pass reservations. If you’re making multiple reservations for a group of people, I suggest going one by one. This way you can pinpoint the issue that may be taking place. Start with your ticket, try to make all your reservations for days with Theme Park availability. Once you make yours, move on to the next guest. If you’re still having issues, you can also make the reservations from your computer.

    If for some reason, the above options don’t work, I suggest calling the My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk so a Cast Member can work with you directly in your account. When I call the help desks, I try to do so as early in the morning as possible! The Cast Members are available beginning at 7:00 a.m. Eastern, so I recommend setting a reminder so you're ready to call!
