Hi Diane! Welcome to planDisney.
My military family is so grateful for the fantastic discounts available for service members visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. I'm so glad to hear you purchased Military Promotional Theme Park Tickets on base and are planning your visit in just a few short weeks. In my opinion, there is no better place for magical R&R!
When you purchased your
Military Promotional Theme Park Tickets, you either received exchange certificates, which usually look like paper business cards with a Ticket ID printed on them, or a plastic ticket card. Take a look at the ticket media you received and located the Ticket ID - they can sometimes be hard to find on exchange certificates, so be sure to look at the back and front.
To link your tickets to
My Disney Experience, you'll need to
create an account or log in if you already have an account. Each Guest you'll be visiting with will need a Profile in My Disney Experience. Log in to your account, and select "My Plans." Hover over "Park Tickets" and select "Link Tickets." Enter the Ticket ID in the field on this screen. You'll see a helpful guide to different ticket types; this can help you locate the Ticket ID on your ticket or exchange certificate. Once your Ticket IDs have been accepted, follow the prompts to link each ticket to a Guest. If you have any trouble with these steps, I recommend
calling (407) 939-4357 to talk to a Cast Member at the My Disney Experience Help Desk.
Once the tickets are linked, you will be able to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations for your visit. There is a helpful video on the webpage that walks you through this easy process.
Thank you for stopping by, and for your family's service to our country. If you have any further questions as you plan and dream, please come back and see us. It's always a pleasure to assist another military family.
Diane, have the best time during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
