    Hi I purchased Florida resident tickets for my grandchildren and recd the exchange certificates. Can I exchange them at Guest Services Downtown Disney ahead of time? otherwise would I have to pay to park to go to theme park location to exchange? Thanks!

    You sure can!  Just visit Guest Relations which is located in the Marketplace area of Downtown Disney. You will find several maps in many corners of Downtown Disney which will point you in the right direction. Cast Members are always ready to lend a helping hand, too.
