    We purchased the Florida resident pass for 3 park visits in January but c ould not use the visits due to covid closure. How long do we have to use these passes?

The tickets you purchased were called the Florida Resident Discover Disney Tickets and originally they could be used between the months of January and June. Due to the parks closing temporarily, these tickets were extended to September 30, 2020. You can find the information by visiting this page: Update on Walt Disney World Resort Operations, under "Tickets".
