We purchased the Florida Resident 4-Day tickets for my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). I already have them linked to my account/Magicbands/FPs. Is there any other place other than a Ticketing window to pick these up? We are staying at Grand Floridian.

    Hi Ashley!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm glad your family is taking advantage of the Florida Resident deal. It is a great offer and makes me want to move to the Sunshine State!

Ashley, tickets of this type are generally only available for pick up at any of the Guest Relations or Will Call booths.  These are located in front of the theme parks and also at Disney Springs. However, it never hurts to stop by the Concierge Desk at your resort to see if they can assist you. Walt Disney World is always changing and upgrading their systems to offer their Guests the most convenient way to get what they need.

If you do need to pick them up at a park, simply ask a Cast Member to point the way to the correct booth for you. Often, the Will Call booth has a shorter line than Guest Relations.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
