    We have purchased Florida resident annual passes but we’re not able to verify our residency online. We were sent “exchange certificates”. Is there a ticket window at the International Gateway entrance of Epcot that can verify our ID and issue our passes?

    It's really wonderful to hear that you joined the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder program with your Florida Resident Annual Pass. As Mickey would say, "Hot Diggity Dog!"

    I'm happy to share that yes, there is a Guest Relations Lobby located at International Gateway outside EPCOT. You can also find Guest Relations ticket windows at each of the theme park entrances, as well as the Disney Springs Welcome Center. 

    You can visit the Guest Relations ticket windows to redeem your certificate and provide proof of your Florida residential address.

    Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog to stay in the know about all the exciting experiences coming to the Walt Disney World Resort. There's always so much magic awaiting you.
