I purchased five one-day tickets to Disneyland this morning for 11/23. I went to make a reservation for the tickets but it says under each ticket"This ticket has reached its theme park reservation" What does this mean?

    Hey Howdy Hey, Caitlin!

Welcome to planDisney. I’m so excited that in just a few months you will be in for the most Rootin’ Tootin’ time at The Happiest Place on Earth. Yee-Haw!

Caitlin, by the message you are receiving, it does sound like you may have already scheduled your Theme Park Reservations. The best way to double-check is by using the Disneyland mobile app. After you sign in, you should see your reservations listed on the home screen of the app. You can also check to see if you have made your reservations by selecting the 3 lines on the bottom right-hand corner of the mobile app. From there select “My Plans” and you should either see your reservations or a tab that says “Link to Account”. If you do see the notification, to link your account, go ahead and click that button, you will then be able to link your tickets. Once your tickets are linked, you will be able to complete the steps to scheduling a Theme Park Reservation

After all that, you will be riding like the wind in no time! I hope this helps complete your plans, Caitlin. Please be sure to let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

    So Long Partner!
