I purchased five 2-day tickets but was able to only make a reservation to Magic Kingdom on Apr.18. Want to make one for Hollywood Studios for Apr. 19 or 20, but there are no spaces available. This ticket system is overwhelming to me. What are my options?

    Hello Alberto,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'm so sorry you are having troubles reserving Disney's Hollywood Studios for your upcoming vacation.

As you know, you need both park admission AND a theme park reservation to enter a park for the day. The good news is, you have your reservation secured for Magic Kingdom, so you'll be strolling down Main Street U.S.A. soon! Unfortunately, as you know, all of the other parks are booked for the other days that you want to visit. Don't completely give up hope. People do end up cancelling their reservations as plans change. Refresh the park ticket availability calendar throughout the day. If a reservation does become available to any park, I would take it and consider upgrading your tickets to include the Park Hopper Option. That way, even if you don't get a reservation to Disney's Hollywood Studios, you can head to that park at 2:00 PM on either day of your visit.

You could also try contacting the Help Center and speaking with a Cast Member; they may be able to help. The phone lines are open between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Although it can be difficult to get through, if you try calling really early or really late, you may have luck. Similarly, you could try opening up a chat. This is easiest to do on your My Disney Experience Mobile App. In the app, click the 3 horizontal lines on the bottom of the screen (the hamburger menu). Click the box entitled, "Chat With Us." Type in your message and wait. You will be alerted when someone replies to your request. That way you don't have to be tethered to your computer all day.

Hope this helps. I have my fingers crossed that an extra sprinkling of pixie dust will help you resolve your planning issues soon!
