Hi. I purchased the Fantasmic dessert package. One of our members is in a wheelchair. From what I've read online, w/c seating is in the back (that's fine) - but will it be the back of the dessert plan section (Mickey section?) or somewhere else?

Hello Jean! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

By a delightful coincidence, I recently returned from a recent Walt Disney World Resort vacation that included special seating in the "Mickey Section" for a viewing of Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios Theme Park.

Both the Fantasmic Dessert and VIP Viewing Experience and the Fantasmic! Dining Package provide Guests with prime seating for this classic Walt Disney World Resort experience. When we got to our seats, we chose a row that was near the back of the VIP section. Our seats were about 3 rows in front of the accessible viewing area. The accessible viewing area was very large and provided ample space for those who required it. Even during our viewing on a very busy day at the Theme Parks, there was plenty of room for Guests to get the prime line of sight that the Mickey section is known for.

As a side note, Fantasmic! is such a large-scale performance that I recommend to Guests that they sit closer to the back in the middle sections for an optimal viewing experience.

So get ready to experience one of the longest-running Walt Disney World Resort classics in Fantasmic! and watch with wonder as Mickey fights the forces of evil in a night when dreams come true!

    Have a Magical Visit!
