    I purchased Exchange Certificates through Airmiles in Canada. Due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions we've had to cancel our trip for this summer. Do Exchange Certificates have an expiry date? Will I be ok to use them next summer?

    I’m happy to hear that you’ve purchased Exchange Certificates for tickets to The Most Magical Place on Earth! After speaking with my comrades at Star Command, it sounds like your Exchange Certificates from AIR MILES should not have an expiration date! But, to be sure you won’t be proclaiming, “There’s a snake in my boot!” I’d highly recommend contacting AIR MILES directly to confirm the status of your Certificates! Also, remember that a Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member can also help navigate your ticketing experience as well! They’re some of my favorite wild-wild-west partners! You’re always welcome to call on them for assistance!
