Hi Tracey! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
Let's find that ticket ID number! When you purchased your
admission ticket, you should have received a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will have gone to the address you provided during your transaction. Once you've located your confirmation, you should see a barcode and a number. That's the number you'll be entering to link your ticket.
Now, if you've misplaced your e-mail or something went wrong and you didn't receive one, all is not lost. I had some tickets go missing recently, and a helpful Cast Member helped me locate them. Disneyland has a
Tickets phone line, where you can speak to a friendly Cast Member. They'll ask you a few questions and do some digging to find those tickets for you.
Once you've got that number, you can link your tickets on a desktop computer under "My Disneyland" by selecting "Link Tickets." You can also link them in the
Disneyland mobile app, which is a great planning tool and resource while you're in the parks for checking wait times, booking Lightning Lane Entrances with
Genie+, and
mobile ordering food. To link through the app, click the three-bar menu on the bottom right. This will bring up a series of tiles. Select "Tickets and Passes." On the upper right side, you should see "Link Tickets & Passes."
I actually like to play around in the app before my arrival. There is even a complimentary
Genie feature, which acts as your personal planner for your upcoming visit, suggesting the experiences that might best suit your group. All you got to do is rub that lamp! Or download the app.
Have the most magical visit!
Elizabeth
