We purchased E-tickets to use in February 2020 but were unable to use them due to covid. They do not show in my account. What do I do?

Happy New Year, Jeanne. Thanks for being our Guest at planDisney. The World's Most Magical Celebration is well and truly underway. There's so much to see and experience at the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort. You're not going to want to miss the spectacular new shows, fun rides, tasty treats, memorable merchandise and dazzling décor. If you're interested in makin' memories, then this is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration.

I'm sorry to hear that COVID-19 prevented you from being able to use your previously purchased E-tickets. Since they are not showing up in your Disney account, I'd recommend calling "Existing Tickets" and speaking directly to a Cast Member. They should be able to give you the help you need.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Jeanne. I hope your next Disney trip proves to be the best day EVER!

    ChEARS,
    Mike
