Purchased E-tickets from authorized re-seller. How do I link my children's tickets to their existing magic bands. We are staying off site this trip

Hi Ken! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I bet you and your kiddos are very excited to return to the Walt Disney World Resort! One of the best parts of vacationing at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" is that there is always something new and fun to experience. New snacks, new lands like Toy Story Land, and new events like Mickey & Minnie's Surprise Celebration keep us coming back again and again.

To link your tickets to existing MagicBands, you just need to make sure that both are linked to the correct people on your My Disney Experience account. If all of your family members are on your account, just check to see if the MagicBands and tickets are all linked to each person by clicking "My MagicBands and Cards" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. If they are, then the tickets are auto-magically connected to your MagicBands and you can use them to enter the theme parks!

If you don't see the tickets or MagicBands on the accounts, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Link" button. On the next page, choose if you are connecting a MagicBand or Tickets. You will then be walked through the process of linking each item to each account.

I hope this helps, Ken! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
