Hi! I just purchased an ePass ticket for Disneyland, but haven't been able to find information on how I use that to get my FastPasses. Do the machines have scanner that can read the barcode on my phone?

Michelle, thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I love the convenience of purchasing Disneyland Resort tickets online prior to my arrival. Depending on the time and day of the week, lines at the Main Entrance Ticket Booths can be quite long.

When you arrive at the entrance of either Disneyland park or California Adventure, simply present your eTicket on your phone when directed by the Cast Member. Once your eTicket has been scanned, you will receive a standard Disneyland Resort theme park ticket which you can use at kiosks to obtain FastPasses. Please see the FAQ section for more details.

I hope this helps in planning your upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Please come back to visit us on the Panel again if you have further questions.

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
