I’m sorry to hear your droid’s remote is malfunctioning. Babu Frik would be pleased to hear that you attempted to replace the batteries and repair your droid! Have you checked out the instructional manuals for BB-series and R-series droids on the
Droid Depot web page?
If the instructional manuals don't help, you’ll need to send a dispatch to Merchandise Guest Services. They can be reached by calling 1-877-560-6477 or emailing Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. You’ll need to provide as much information as you can: that the droid was custom built and purchased at Droid Depot, the date, and any information you may have from the receipt, such as item or transaction numbers. Give as much detail as you can to describe the problem you’re experiencing. They will be happy to assist you.
I hope your issue is resolved faster than Han Solo flew the Kessel Run and that you’re back to using your droid soon!
