Okay, so the very first thing you need to do is make sure that your Droid is not in “Sleep Mode” because this sometimes gives people the impression that their Droid has stopped working! If you are sure your Droid is not in sleep mode, try replacing the batteries.
If neither of the above troubleshooting options work, you may have a bad motivator (this is the “engine” inside of the Droid that keeps things running smoothly). If you believe that you have a bad motivator, you have a few options. Your first option is to find the receipt you received when you made your Droid. There will be contact information near the bottom of the receipt. A Cast Member that you call or email from there will be able to help you fix your Droid! (You could try the Walt Disney World Merchandise line at (407) 363-6200 too.) Your second option, if you are going to be visiting
Disney’s Hollywood Studios again soon, is to take your Droid back to Droid Depot and explain your situation! They’ll be sure to help your Droid return to tip-top shape!
