    I purchased the Dream Key the day after they were released. My fiancé received his box and i have not. Whom do I need to speak with?

    I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your Welcome Package as a Magic Key Charter Member. The package should have been sent approximately eight weeks after your purchase date. Because you haven't received it, please call (714) 781-7277 to inquire about an update on its status.
