Hi there, Kylie, and thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question!
I’m SO excited to see that your
Disneyland Resort adventures begin
tomorrow! Now, let’s get you all set up for entering the theme parks upon arrival. First, it sounds like you’re on the right track, having already purchased your
theme park tickets using your Disney account. Plus, you already have the
Disneyland app downloaded, so check that off the list! So, by now you should have received your Disneyland Resort confirmation email with your eTickets. Once you locate your ticket order confirmation email, you can scroll down to the bottom of the email, where you will find the tickets in a PDF attachment. You can open the PDF to find your tickets and locate the 19-digit barcode number. Then, from there, you can manually link your tickets to your Disneyland app.
To link your tickets on the Disneyland app, click on the three lines in the lower right-hand corner of the app homepage. Then, select “Tickets and Passes.” Next, tap the “+” in the upper right-hand corner and tap on “Link Tickets & Passes.” You can either scan the barcode for each ticket, or enter the ID number manually. Now, you should be all set to head to the Main Entrance turnstiles to begin your magical day!
If for some reason you still can’t find your confirmation email, I recommend chatting with a Cast Member using the “Chat with Us” feature on the Disneyland app. Or, you can
call a Cast Member for ticket assistance at (714) 781-4636. Just make sure the original purchaser (if it’s not you) is on standby so a Cast Member can help locate your ticket order.
Did you know you can also use the Disneyland app to
mobile order food and drinks throughout your Disney day? This is the perfect way to avoid waiting in line to feed your crew. Mobile ordering is one of my favorite features of the app, and it has saved me from many toddler meltdowns!
I hope this information helps you plan for your big day tomorrow, Kylie! Wishing you a day filled with magic and laughter!
