    I purchased 2 Disneyland tickets with an upcoming reservation. We are sick, how do I cancel this reservation and reschedule a different date to visit the park?

    Hi Stephanie, welcome to planDisney!

    I'm so sorry you got sick! I hope you recover quickly and smoothly. I do want you to know that the Disneyland Resort has been monitoring its health and safety conditions, and has been adjusting their health and safety protocols accordingly!

    And good news! Canceling your current theme park reservations and rescheduling to another date is quick and easy. To cancel your current reservation, you will need to log into your Disneyland Resort account. Then you will need to select the "My Disneyland" link, and then click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Next, select the reservation you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation". Once canceled, you're free to go ahead and book your new reservation!

    When you're ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, you'll be happy to know that many of the amazing experiences have returned! The traditional character meet and greets are back, which means Mickey and all his Pals are ready to give out the best hugs and sign your autograph books. And many of the fantastic nighttime experiences are back as well! The Main Street Electrical Parade, Disneyland Forever fireworks, World of Color, and my personal favorite, Fantasmic! have all returned!
