Hey there, hi there, Duncan! Welcome to planDisney. It looks like you are officially in countdown mode for your upcoming adventure all the way to Disneyland Resort!
I am excited to hear that your tickets are purchased. Theme park ticket reservations are the next important step in the planning process. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with reservations. This error message seems like you may be trying to reserve a day or days that reservations are currently full. This means no more reservations are available currently. However, the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar is fluid, which means these dates could open up as Guests change their plans. I encourage you to check frequently to see if the dates you need open up.
If you purchased the tickets through the
Disneyland website, you may actually already have your reservations secured. The easiest way to check this is to download the
Disneyland app if you have not already. This is going to be very useful to you while you are in the parks. Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and click on "Tickets and Passes". This most likely would have had you log into your account first. You will want to make sure your tickets are linked here. If not, click the "+" at the top right and link your tickets with their barcode or ticket ID. Once you have your tickets linked, click on the back arrow. Now, click on "Future Plans" if your tickets have theme park ticket reservations they should show up here with the dates, park, and how many Guests.
Duncan, I am hoping that you had theme park ticket reservations. If not, I am sending you pixie dust in hopes that reservations pop up for you soon. Please visit us again if there's anything else we can help you with.
