Hi there, Dave!
There are two ways for you to find and present your
Disney eTickets to use for entering the Disneyland Resort theme parks. One way is to use your ticket purchase confirmation email. The other way is to use the
Disneyland mobile app.
Your ticket purchase confirmation email will come from dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com and have the subject of “Disneyland Confirmation” along with your confirmation number. If you don’t see your confirmation email in your inbox, be sure to take a peek in your spam or junk mail folder, just in case. The email should include a link labeled “Access your eTickets.” Clicking that link will open a web page from which your eTickets can be printed.
I recommend choosing the other method to retrieve and display your eTickets. Using the
Disneyland mobile app, you can enjoy the convenience of carrying your tickets with you electronically and in the same package that includes your personal
Disney Genie guide to the Disneyland Resort. To locate your tickets in the Disneyland app, tap open the ☰ feature menu and then select the “Tickets and Passes” tile. After you log into the same Disneyland account used to purchase your tickets, you will see your tickets displayed.
Whether you choose to print your eTickets or display them on your mobile device, you can activate your tickets at the park entrance turnstiles. Cast Members at the park entrance will be able to scan either a paper printout or directly from the screen on your phone that you hold out for them.
Tony’s Tip: As I mentioned above, the Disneyland mobile app includes the phenomenal cosmic power of the
Disney Genie service. You can access this complimentary service from the “My Genie Day” tile found located on the ☰ feature menu. Before your visit, you can tap the “Get Started Now” button to tell Genie your preferences for attractions, dining, and entertainment. Then at 7:00 AM on the day of your visit, Genie will populate a recommended itinerary curated just for you. And don’t worry if each recommendation isn’t exactly what you would like to do next. You can also tell Genie to remove a recommendation and go on to the next item in the list.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Dave!
