    I purchased 4 Disneyland tickets last year. They expire in 2022. My concern is we won’t be able to use them with the shutdown. Do you offer extension on the expectation date or is it possible to exchange for DisneyWorld tickets?

    I’m so glad you were able to bring us your question today. The Disneyland Resort recently updated their ticket policy for tickets expiring in 2021. Most tickets have been extended through December 16, 2021. At this time, they have not released information for tickets that expire beyond 2021. Also, because the theme parks at the Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World resort are run separately, you are not able to exchange your tickets between the two resorts. 

    Even though you are not able to exchange your tickets, if you’re thinking of planning an enchanting trip to the Walt Disney World Resort they have some amazing offers that run through September 25, 2021. If you book a room/ ticket package with at least 4 nights/ 3 days at select Disney Resorts, you’ll get 2 extra days added to your ticket! I couldn't think of a better way to enjoy more of the fun! I’ve got all the details for you including the flexible cancelation policy.
