Hi Micaela! Thanks so much for bringing your question to us here at planDisney. We are always happy to help fellow Guests plan their visits to the Happiest Place on Earth!
I'm so sorry you had to cancel your original trip. I hope all is well! The good news is that the magic is always here waiting for you at the
Disneyland Resort. If you purchased your tickets this year, you have quite a bit of time before they
expire. Single-day tickets are valid until December 30, 2023, while multi-day tickets will last you through January 12, 2024.
When it comes to rescheduling your
theme park reservation, this is doable but based on availability. Reservations are limited and dependent on ticket type and the day of your visit. I just took a look at the
theme park reservation calendar and March 15th is currently showing as fully booked for both One Park Per Day Tickets and Park Hopper Tickets. Guests are always changing their plans, so let's put in a little faith, trust, and pixie dust in the mix in the hopes that a reservation may open up! Guests have until 11:59 p.m. PST the evening before their visit to cancel, so I would continue to check the calendar especially as you get closer to your date. If you are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, there may be more reservations open to you, just ensure that you have linked your hotel confirmation within your account to see availability.
One other thing to note if you have single-day tickets is that the pricing is tiered based on time of year and day of the week and some ticket tiers do have
black-out dates. If you refer back to your original purchase confirmation email, it should tell you which tier ticket you purchased. It looks like you will need a Tier 3 or higher ticket to attend on March 15th. If you have multi-day tickets, this will not be an issue. You can upgrade to a higher tier by visiting the Main Entrance Ticket Booth but seeing as reservations are already limited for your ideal date, I would try giving the
Guest Services Cast Members a call at (714) 781-4636 to discuss your situation ahead of your visit.
I sure do hope you can visit this month to enjoy the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival! Grab a Sip and Savour pass and treat yourself to 8
special menu items as you enjoy your day in Avengers Campus and Cars Land. Before you hit the parks, definitely take a look at the
Disney Parks Blog Foodie Guide and EARmark a few favorites!
Micaela, I sure hope this was helpful and that you find yourself in the magic in just a few days. If you have any more questions, come back to see us here at
planDisney.
Magic awaits!
Tara
