Welcome back to planDisney, Ebony. It's nice to see you coming back and asking your
Disney vacation questions. Please keep them coming!
Theme park tickets to the
Disneyland Resort are nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, you can usually apply the amount you've paid for your tickets to a new ticket purchase. Just keep in mind that if the new tickets are more expensive, you will be responsible for the difference, and if the new tickets are cheaper, you will not receive a refund for the difference. If this is still something you're interested in, you would need to
contact a friendly Cast Member at the resort to see if this is an option and, if it is, make your new purchase. Also, please note the residency requirements and proof needed to take advantage of resident discounts (usually listed in the
Offer Details).
Ebony, have you heard about all of the
event dates that were recently announced for the resort? Lunar New Year and the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival were announced for
Disney California Adventure Park, along with a bunch more. Also, the
Disneyland After Dark events
were announced for 2024. Not only are a few fan favorites returning, but a brand-new offering,
Disney Channel Nite is being introduced. It's all so very exciting! Which event do you choose?
I hope your January visit is a stellar one.
Please reach out directly to me with any questions you may have in the future.
Happy New Year,
Matt
