I purchased Disneyland tickets. I can’t find them.

Hey there, hi there, Darcy! Welcome to planDisney. We are happy to have you stop by!

Oh boy! I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble locating your theme park tickets for your upcoming visit. Did you purchase your tickets through Disneyland? If so, you would have received an email that has your confirmation number, and usually, there is a clickable link to access your eTickets. My email came from: dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com. If you were logged into your MyDisney account during your purchase, they may already be linked to your account. The easiest way to see if your tickets are already linked is to use the Disneyland app. Download the app, sign in, and then tap on the hamburger menu at the bottom right of the app. Then you will tap on "My Tickets and Passes". Hopefully, your tickets are sitting in there ready to go! If you can't find your email or tickets already linked, your next best option is to call Guest Services to see if they can look up your tickets for you.

While you have the Disneyland app open, take some time to familiarize yourself with the features. The map is probably the most used feature to check wait times, find the closest bathroom, check dining locations, or even find the nearest character to meet. I love glancing at the different dining locations and looking at menus ahead of time to get an idea of what I might want for my snacks or meals. Then, when it's time to eat, try out the mobile order option at participating locations. It is a great way to plan ahead or order your food while you are heading that way to skip the line!

Darcy, thanks so much for stopping by! The magic is waiting for you!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
