We have purchased our Disneyland park tickets for just after labor day, but are now looking to stay at the Disneyland Hotel. What does the concierge rate include and what is turn-down service? How do the snacks work during the day if we decide to get it?

    Hi there Christina,

I am so happy to hear that you're considering adding on property hotel accommodations to your upcoming visit to Disneyland.  The Disneyland Hotel is a great choice and it has just undergone a massive renovation so it's just beautiful and sparkly-new.  Not to mention the fact that it's located in the middle of the magic and just steps away from Downtown Disney and both theme parks.

By upgrading to a Concierge level room, you will have access to the Club lounge located on the 11th floor of the Adventure tower.  The lounge features floor to ceiling windows boasting incredible views of Downtown Disney and the evening fireworks spectacular.  Each morning, concierge guests can visit the lounge to enjoy a continental style breakfast and throughout the day, the lounge offers a variety of snacks and beverages.  In the evening, stop by for tasty, warm appetizers, and beverages including beer and wine for the grownups.  Now here's the best part:  Visit the lounge to have the BEST view of Disneyland's fireworks.  They even dim the lights and pipe in the music... PLUS there is an array of desserts for your enjoyment!  And all of this happens EVERY day!

In addition, there is a special check-in process for concierge guests as well as a special cast member on hand to assist with requests and reservations.

Turn down service is offered for all room types.  Basically, a "mousekeeper" will visit your room in the late afternoon to tidy up, remove soiled towels and replace them with new ones and take out the trash, before drawing the shades and turning down your bed covers so they are all ready for tired bodies to hop right in. They'll usually leave a few goodnight chocolates on the pillows as well!  If you don't care for this service, simply place the "do not disturb" sign on your door!

    Best Wishes,
