I purchased 3 Disneyland Park tickets 12/24/2019. They are 2-Day tickets with Admission to 1 park per Day and Disney MaxPass for my children. We have not been able to visit the park due to COVID-19 closures. Can our ticket expiration be extended?

    Hello Kristine!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for your question!

So far, the Disneyland Resort has announced expiration date extensions for a few different promotional theme park ticket types including Southern California Resident Tickets, Canada Resident Tickets and 2020 Military Salute Tickets. Please check the Disneyland Resort website for more information about the new ticket expiration dates for these promotional ticket offers. Wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. And, the ticket will expire 13 days after first use or on December 16, 2021, whichever occurs first.

If your ticket type has not been extended and you're unable to visit before expiration, don't worry! According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.

If you have additional questions, please reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member would be happy to assist you further.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney! We hope to welcome you back very soon!
