Let's see if we can get this straightened out for you! I'm glad you've already got the
Disneyland mobile app downloaded. That makes planning and your time in the park much easier. We can use the app to figure out why you're missing your
Disney Genie+ Service selection.
The default on the app is to display your plans for the current day, so if you click "View My Day," it will bring up today's date. Since you won't be arriving until later in March, your Genie+ won't show on today's date, but it will give you the option to purchase the Disney Genie+ service for today's date by clicking "Get Disney Genie+ Service." You want to check on your first park date instead. At the top of the page, you'll see today's date and to the right "Change Day." If you click "Change Day," it will bring up a calendar. Select the date you have a theme park reservation in order to see whether your Disney Genie+ Service appears on that date. Hopefully, it is there!
If it does not appear on the date of your theme park reservation, I would suggest restarting your device. This might successfully load the updated information, and if it doesn't, there is a "Chat with a Cast Member" link at the bottom of the Disney Genie Service page that will connect you with a friendly Cast Member. I use that function all the time. Alternatively, you can call the
Ticket Phone Line to check into this issue.
You'll find the Genie+ service and Park Hopper to be incredibly convenient. On my family's most recent visit, we purchased Genie+ after we entered the park and were able to accomplish so many must-dos on our list thanks to spending less time in line. We also purchased an Individual Lightning Lane for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland Park. We're big fans and experiencing that attraction with a minimal wait was really worth it for us!
