If I purchased my Disneyland and California Adventure tickets online, how can I get a physical ticket instead of using my phone. I have a group of 9 people and I’m in charge of all of their tickets

Hello there and welcome to planDisney, Lindsay. It sounds like you have quite an amazing visit planned at the Disneyland Resort. As the holder of all the tickets, you have great power. And with great power comes great responsibility.

There's something special about having a physical ticket to the parks. It's fun to see which design you get and it makes for a great keepsake too. I hate to be the bearer of sad news, but unfortunately, once you've purchased your tickets online, they cannot be exchanged for physical tickets. I do have some ideas if you'd rather manage printed tickets instead. I've seen some guests who have taken a screenshot of their digital ticket from the Disneyland app and then printed it out. This can still be easily scanned at the front gate for entrance.

You might also consider having each guest link their own ticket to their account in the Disneyland app. To do this, open the app and tap the "☰" to open the menu. Next, tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile, followed by the "+" in the upper right corner. Tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and use the camera to scan the ticket barcode or manually type in the ticket ID number. Once you've done this, the tickets will now be accessible for each person on their phone in the app as well as available under your MyDisney account.

Get ready for a spooky time! It looks like you'll be visiting during Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort. It's one of my favorite times to visit and I'm especially looking forward to it this year. Why, you ask? Disney Parks Blog just shared all of the seasonal eats and treats that you can sink your teeth into and I'm beyond excited to see the return of the Mickey Mummy Macaron. I'll be adding this to my must-have list and highly recommend you do too (trust me).

Lindsay, while the answer I shared may be disappointing, I hope that I was able to share some ideas that are helpful for your visit. Please come back to visit us with any other questions you might have. We're simply dying to answer them. Until then, here's wishing you a ghoulishly good time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
