We purchased Disney World tix early based on reservations for park entrance. We now find that due to 92 yr old fathers health we are not going to be able to make trip. Can Disney please refund

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Vivian!

I am so sorry to hear about your father and his health, and I can certainly understand the need to cancel or postpone an upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. You are doing the right thing by putting your family first.

Unfortunately, “tickets and packages at Walt Disney World Resort are nontransferable and nonrefundable.” However, in some cases, you can use unexpired theme park tickets for a future vacation, which can come in handy should you decide to vacation in the future. If you have additional questions about your theme park tickets, please call (407) 939-1289, and a cast member will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Please return should you have additional questions; it is our pleasure to assist you in any way we can.

    Have a magical day!
