I purchased Disney World tickets at our local Publix in Dec. 2019. We were planning on using them in May 2020 but we all know how that went. How can I use them now, with the new online reservation system. There are not really tickets until you turn them.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Trina. We’re so happy to hEAR from you today!

I am more than happy to help you plan for your next visit! I’m sure you’re ready to return to the Magic of Walt Disney World Resort, I know I am. I did check with Star Command and they said that you should be able to use the numerical code, on the back of the card(s) you purchased, to link those tickets to your My Disney Experience account.

Once those cards have been linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will be able to reserve your park days using the Disney Park Pass system. (Tip: Check out the availability calendar before finalizing your trip). Be sure to also hang on to those cards you purchased from Publix. You will need them when you arrive so that a Cast Member may exchange them for a Card, or link them to your MagicBand.

I hope this helps, Trina. If you find that you need any more help as you continue to plan for this visit, you know where to find us!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
