Hi Francis,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your theme park ticket question. I am happy to help you with your ticket changes!
First, I suggest logging in to your
My Disney Experience account and checking to see what the expiration is for your tickets. If you haven't linked your tickets to your account, this would be a great time to do that! According to the current
Theme Park Ticket Modification information, tickets which were purchased through June 6, 2020 with a valid use period beginning March 6, 2020 or later will have their use period automatically extended until September 26, 2020. If for some reason your tickets fall into this category but you do not see that the expiration has been extended, please call the number listed in this link for
Existing Tickets Phone Number and a Cast Member will assist you.
If it happens that your ticket purchase didn't fall into the above situation, do not worry, we've still got you covered! If your tickets will expire before you have the opportunity to use them, you may apply the value of wholly unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets of equal or greater value. If you purchased tickets directly through Disney you will most likely be able to do this with a phone call to the number listed above, or in some instances in your
My Disney Experience account. However in some circumstances, such as tickets purchased through secondary sites, you may need to exchange your tickets in person. If this is the case for you, then you will need to perform your exchange in person at
Guest Relations at any of the theme parks or at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
I hope this information helps you with your vacation planning Francis! Whenever the time is right for you to plan your next vacation, please come back and visit us again with all of your vacation planning questions. We are always happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure!
