A warm welcome to planDisney, Sharon. I'm thrilled to be helping a fellow guest from the UK today, thank you for bringing your question about Memory Maker to the panel!
It looks like you are due to arrive at Walt Disney World in February 2026, and have 7 magical days to enjoy in the parks with your
7-Day Magic Ticket! You're right in thinking that your 7-Day Magic Ticket includes
Memory Maker, which will capture all of your magical moments, and I'm sure will become a treasured keepsake. All of my favourite family photos are those captured by the Disney PhotoPass service!
You'll be pleased to hear that I've spoken to a very helpful Cast Member who has confirmed that you do not need to do anything to set up your Memory Maker before your arrival at Disney World. Memory Maker will not currently show up in your
My Disney Experience app, but once you arrive and your photos start to appear on your account, you simply tap on a photo to activate Memory Maker. So, Sharon, you can sit back, relax, and let someone else capture the magical memories you're making.
I notice that you are arriving for your jolly holiday just in time to experience
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. I love sampling the exclusive creative dishes on the menu, and discovering the vibrant artwork on display around EPCOT. This year, you can take part in my favourite character, Figment's,
Masters Scavenger Hunt around World Showcase. Afterwards, be sure to stop by and ride
Journey into Imagination with Figment- it's a family favourite of ours!
I hope you have found this information helpful, Sharon. If you have any other questions, always remember that you have a friend in us at planDisney.
Magic and Wishes,
Abi
