Hello! I just purchased a Disney trip through Costco and I'm having trouble linking it to my My Disney Account

    Hiya, Kristen!

Welcome to planDisney, friend! I am delighted to see that you are planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth this fall. Autumn is one of my favorite times to visit Walt Disney World Resort. Mickey pumpkins and festive fall treats are sure to please everyone in your travel party. And I have exciting news, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is returning this year! This special ticket event hosts frightfully fun Character Greetings, trick or treating, and the infamous Boo-To-You Halloween Parade. You can even wear your favorite costume!

Kristen, I am so sorry that you are having trouble linking your upcoming adventure. Hopefully, I can offer a few tips that will help you get your travel plans linked, and back to planning the best trip ever. You can link your reservation through both the My Disney Experience mobile app and on the Walt Disney World Resort website. You should have received a digital confirmation of your purchase from Costco that will include a confirmation number and details about your hotel accommodations. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel as part of your package, you will tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen My Disney Experience app. Tap the Future Plans tile to link your stay. You should see "Missing a Reservation?" with a Link to Account option. Choose this option to input your confirmation details. Linking your trip through the website will be similar. Choose the My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Then click the blue hotel icon to link your reservation in a few easy steps.

If your Costco package is a trip that includes an offsite hotel that is not part of the Walt Disney World Resort Collection or a Good Neighbor Hotel, you may only need to link your theme park tickets. If this is the case, when Costco emails you your digital receipt or tickets, you can use the ticket ID numbers to link them to your account

Should you find that you are still unable to link your upcoming plans, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member supporting My Disney Experience and MagicBands. They may be able to offer a few more tips (and a little bit of pixie dust) to get your magical plans to appear in your My Disney Experience account.

I hope your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
