    I purchased my Disney tickets from a travel agent. They are will call tickets. I want to link them to the my Disney experience but the only number on my order will not work. What do I need to do.

    Wow, your Magical vacation is only days away. How exciting! In order to experience all the Magic that is at the Walt Disney World Resort you'll need to make (complimentary) Disney Park Pass reservations in addition to your theme park tickets, so let's make sure you're linked and ready to GO!

    Pam, since you're experiencing some difficulty, let me offer up two different scenarios. First, I encourage you to reach out to your travel agent and make sure there are no other reservation confirmation numbers associated with your purchase. If you don't have the direct email from Disney, it's possible they need to provide you with a different confirmation number to link to your My Disney Experience account. Typically on the will call confirmation page (or email) the number to link is right below the barcode.

    Now, Pam, if you're getting an error message when you input the will call number, it's possible that it's a technical issue having to do with the browser that you're using. Please take a look at this question and answer about recommended browsers.

    Finally, Pam, if you reach out to your travel agent and you try a new browser and you're still unable to successfully link your tickets, I'll encourage you to call Disney directly at (407) 939-1289. You likely will need to wait on hold for a bit to speak with a Cast Member, but then you'll be assured you are set up for fun.
