Hi Katie,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question, we appreciate it! I am so glad to see that you are planning to visit Disneyland Resort next month, after holding on to your Theme Park Tickets for such a long time it will be so magical walking through the gates for the first time in forever!
Due to the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Tickets have had the expiration date automatically extended to December 16, 2021. In order to use your Theme Park Tickets, you will need to link them to your
Disney Account either on the
Disneyland Resort website or on the
Disneyland Mobile App. Once your Theme Park Tickets are linked, the new extended expiration date should be updated and you should be able to make your
Theme Park Reservations. If you are unable to make Theme Park Reservations, or the date did not update, I recommend calling
Ticket Services where a friendly Cast Member will be able to help with your tickets in real time.
If your plans change and you are unable to use your Theme Park Tickets prior to the extended expiry date, don't worry, Katie. You will be able to apply the value of your wholly unused Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets, when you are ready to visit Disneyland Resort.
I hope you found this information useful, Katie. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here again at
planDisney, we are always happy to help.
