I purchased my Disney tickets as a quest. Then I created my own account. How do I get the tickets I purchased to go on my account so I can print them?

Hi there Brenda, and welcome to planDisney! I'd be thrilled to assist a fellow Marylander today.

You must be so excited to be planning a trip Most Magical Place on Earth! Since you've already purchased theme park tickets, the next steps are to link them to your My Disney Experience account and make theme park reservations in the Disney Park Pass System. Here's what you'll need to do.

First, on the Walt Disney World homepage, find the My Disney Experience dropdown menu and click on "My Plans." If you're not already logged into your account, you'll be prompted to do so at this point. Next, scroll down until you see a blue bar that says " + Add More Plans." Use the arrow to select "Link Reservations and Purchases" from this dropdown menu. You'll be asked what you would like to link; choose "Tickets," and on the next screen input the ID number, or 12-digit code you received in a confirmation e-mail upon completing your ticket purchase. This number should be located under a barcode in your confirmation e-mail.

Once your tickets are linked, you'll need to access the Disney Park Pass System to reserve your theme park days. You can do this by clicking here or selecting Disney Park Pass System from the My Disney Experience dropdown menu back on the home page.

If you have valid, linked admission and theme park reservations, you are all set with everything you need to enjoy your Disney day! Instead of printing your tickets, you'll pick them up at Will Call upon arrival at Walt Disney World. Before entering a theme park, stop by Guest Relations, the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, or any ticket window. Present your confirmation number (or e-mail) and photo ID, and you'll receive a plastic ticket card. The newest tickets feature sparkling 50th-anniversary designs; they're bibbidi bobbidi beautiful!

I hope this is helpful, Brenda. If you encounter any problems linking your tickets, call 407-939-5277, and a friendly Cast Member will assist you. Thanks so much for coming to visit us at planDisney, and if there's anything else we can do before your adventure begins, don't hesitate to reach out again. Best wishes for a MAGICAL vacation, and we'll see ya real soon!
