Hey Howdy Hey Meribeth and welcome to planDisney!
So sorry to hear you are having difficulty linking your tickets with your My Disney Experience account. Let's see what we can do to try and help get this resolved.
To link your tickets to your
My Disney Experience account, you would need a confirmation number or a Walt Disney World Reservation/Ticket ID number. I'm sure you already have but try and double-check your email and spam mail for any email communications from either AAA or Disney.
If you still are unable to find any email, I would try to get a hold of AAA as well. Sometimes on the supplier's sites, you will be able to check your previous orders if you had to log on which may also contain the confirmation number you would need. If all else fails, a phone call over to them would be needed so they can get you the information that you would need to get everything linked to your account.
Once you do get the confirmation number, linking the tickets to your My Disney Experience account should be super easy. After you log on and you are on your My Disney Experience home page, you should see icons at the top, one for tickets. Hover over that one and you should then see a link to "Link Tickets". Click on that, follow the prompts and POOF, you are one step closer to planning your vacation to the Vacation Kingdom of the World!
Also, when you do get your tickets linked, make sure to make your
Theme Park Reservations as well. These are no charge and are more of a way to help Disney plan for the crowds. Check on your
Theme Park Availability tool first before you book which park you wanted to experience on which day. Then make your reservations to prepare for your trip.
Good luck getting the information you need and if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out, we love talking about all things Disney!
Have a Magical Day,
Nick
