    I purchased Disney tickets and didn’t received my confirmation number, how I can request or find this information?

    Hello there, Sthefanie! Welcome to planDisney, where it would be my pleasure to help you make your Disney dreams come true! It sounds like you recently purchased Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets for your upcoming June vacation! You definitely want to get those Tickets linked to each Guest traveling via your My Disney Experience account. The best way to do this is to use your confirmation number. Never fear if you cannot find it! If you purchased Tickets directly from Walt Disney World, all you will need to do is contact Disney Reservations via telephone, and they will be happy to assist you! If you purchased your Part Tickets from another reseller, you should contact them directly.

    Sthefanie, once you have linked the Theme Park Tickets to each Guest who will be traveling, you will be able to make Park Pass Reservations! A Park Pass plus a valid Theme Park Ticket is needed for each day you wish to visit a Theme Park. Also, if you haven’t already, check out the Experience Updates pages for more details on all the newest policies and procedures in place since the phased reopening of the Disney Parks.
